Golf is a popular sport and is continually growing, golf brings many health benefits along with the values it brings with sportsmanship. We have three different golf coaching in schools courses that we provide are on playgrounds to golf courses.
Golf coaching in schools - Beginner class
The first course is primarily aimed at primary school year groups and this includes developing the fundamental skills including fun games. This course is run in either a school playground or a school hall we concentrate on developing the golf swing when putting and chipping. The techniques we use make sure everyone is involved and learning at all times. By the end of the course the kids will no the basic rules of golf and be able to put and chip the ball to a basic level.
Golf coaching in schools - Intermediate class
The second course we run is aimed at lower secondary school age groups. This course starts with the basic swing for putting and chipping again taking place on a playground. The last couple of weeks we look at taking the class to a driving range if possible to develop or introduce the drive swing. By the end of this course the students will know most of the rules of a golf game and be able to putt and chip the ball to a good standard.
Golf coaching in schools - Experienced class
The Third course we run is aimed at higher secondary school, college and university students. We look to bring more in depth coaching of skill development using video analysis and 1 to 1 coaching of each other's swing. We look to take students to a golf course and let them play a small round of golf to look at scoring in a three. By the end of this course the students will know the rules of a golf game and be able to play a small round of golf.
